Contract to Hire
We enable our clients to test the waters by providing a period of evaluation to analyze if the contract employee is technically and culturally fit for the firm by allowing them to witness first-hand, the value offered by the contractors, before taking them into a full-time role.
We provide our clients to hire a candidate after an initial 3-6 months’ contract period, during this initial engagement, we allow our client to evaluate the cultural and technical fit of the candidate. We adopt a similar recruitment and screening process to that of a temporary employee, at the same time ensure that the candidate has a long term goal and interest in the company. With our experienced recruiters who approach with a flexible and adaptive style, the client is provided with the best candidates in line.
We invest in the development of candidates’ soft skills and core skills, through regular training during the contract period on on-demand technical training and constant upgrading of soft skills reviewed by regular performance reviews, to ensure that there is smooth sailing for the consultant from a contract resource to a permanent resource.
